Beauty Tuesday : My Essentials

Hi guys so I go to the boyfriends most weekends and I thought I would share with you what I throw in the bag make up wise or if I am in rush the things I grab .

So foundation has never been a must have for me I have always be been blessed with having fairly good skin. So my essential is concealer mainly to cover up those nasty dark circles my favourite one is the seventeen stay time concealer I have reviewed this and will link here for you . The next thing is brush to blend and I really like the zoeva face shape brush for this it is basicly a mini buffing brush. It is really useful for blending concealer and foundation in the those had to reach areas  of you face so round you nose,eyes and mouth.  To set my concealer I use the rimmel stay matt a really heavy duty powder but sticks everything in place I find the this fab for on the go .

Now we have sorted out are base let move on to the rest of the face we shall start with eyes I just use my sensation lash mascara by maybelline(review link) to give my lashes length and volume and lots it . Then I like to define my lashes by using brown liner this one is by sleek in coco as I find brown has more defining look that is more subtle  than black. I like to blend the liner out with this real techniques liner brush just to make it more natural and a bit smoky . You could also throw in a shadow stick in but its up to you and I don't always bother with eye shadow. 

Lets move on the lips the barley bold lip liner by mac as lived in my hand back for months now as you can wear it on it own and it look good or you layer with a bit of gloss for that more put together look . so the gloss I have here I have two  of the maybelline elixirs in nude illusion and blush essence . I have reviewed these to so will link that here go have look they are so good .  I have a mac lipstick here also it depends how I feel to be honest this one is please me a very good every day pink colour . then to finish off I have my travalo which  has Marc Jacobs honey in it I must do a little perfume post for you I only a few in my rotation but I use them all let me know if you would want that . Valentines Day Make Up Look #1 : Pink Soft and Sexy

Hey guy so I am here to day with a bonus blog post I asked on twitter the other day if you would like two valentines make up looks this week and the response was good so this is the first one.

So for my base I decided to use mac mineralize moisture foundation I  am NC 15. As I wanted a really dewy  look as always putting my porefessional primer underneath  it . I used my usual concealer the seventeen stay time under my eyes as well as using  my usual mascara the colossal volume on my lashes  . 

Now I am staying with eyes as this is how I did because the foundation takes a while to set. So I used the maybelline colour tattoo in pink gold on my eyes then blended the edges with a  soft brown shadow or you could use your bronzer . While I was there I also filled in my brows with the  make up revolution ultra brow arch and shape pencil.

After this I went back to the face and powdered with my revlon naked powder and then set it all with my MUA setting spray . I wanted this look to last as there is nothing worse than having make up you feel the need to babysit all the time . For blush I used my sleek pumpkin blush palette and middle blush called squash with a duo fibre face brush. As it is super pigmented and swept that across the checks for a pink glow.  

For lips I used the revlon matt balm in elusive as it is very long lasting and an Avon lip gloss in pink provocateur . As I wanted go for quite a juicy kissable lip I suppose I also used individual lashes to give me be a bit of extra flutter but cant really see in the photo so it up to you . FOTD Friday : Devil look

Hey guys so someone on twitter when asking for ideas for blog posts asked for some halloween looks one being devil so I got the make up out and gave it a whirl and here is what I came up with .

So I didn't use any foundation because I didn't actually plan to use this for this post I was just messing about but it turned out so well I thought I may as well so we shall start with eyes . I have use my collection liquid eye liner to do a winged eye liner and have brought it down a bit just because I felt like it really . For shadow I used a sleek blush for the pumpkin blush platter and blended that on the eyelids. I have also lined my eyes with Kohl pencil on the water line. 

Then with same kohl pencil I filled my eyebrows which I thing really adds to the devil look as you can on my check I have add a pitch fork which again was done with liquid eye liner and I think really brings look together . Finally I finished off the a red lip this mac brave red and then just finished off my face with a bit of red blush and slight contour . 

This is just my person interoperation it probably not the best devil look and I forgot to add mascara but I hope it give you some inspiration for own halloween look .

Weekend FOTD: sick day

Hey guys so I have been ill for the past few days and today I am gong back to work and although I still sound ill I want to look healthy so this is the look I have gone for. 

sorry this picture is not the best I tried to fix it as much as possible 

So I have gone for glow and awakeness in this look I used my normal primer benefit porefessional  then I used the doir skin star foundation review coming soon  and blended that in with the beauty blend review coming soon. I used my seventeen stay time concealer under my eyes and any where else I need coverage. My next step was powder and for this a used the sleek luminous powder in translucent as I didn't want to loose the finish of the foundation. 

Then I curled my lashes applied the colossal volume mascara then used my super shock black liner to line my upper water line and used a nude liner to line my bottom water line . Then I used the maybelline colour tattoo in pink gold to add some more light to the eyes . I filed my eye brows in the mua power brow pencil . 

Now to finish my face I bronzed and lightly contoured with benefit hoola bronzer then add squash blush from sleek to my checks to give me a bit of health pink glow . Then finished the look off with mac please me lipstick gently patted in to my lips with a little bit of carmex lip balm over the top to give  little bit of shine.

Cheek combination I have been loving recently

Hey guys sorry we are are down to once a week but I promise you in august it will be back to everyday on here and I might vlog everyday as well we shall see.

So today I am going to to talk to you about the two products I have been wearing on my cheeks for the past few weeks and I have loving. So as it is the summer time I have be ditching the blush for the bronzer to the bronzer glowing goddess look on my face as we have had some nice weather in the uk recently.

To achieve this I have been using the bronzer in my sleek face form kit light and the Revlon highlighting palette. I put the bronzer in a 3 shape to generally bronze up my face a lightly contour . I thing put my highlight on the tops of my cheeks on my brow bone any other pace the light will naturally hit me . It just gives a lovely glowing effect it beautiful for the spring some time. Hey guys so today I decided  to do a tag post as I enjoy writing them and I think it lets you lot get to know me more. 

1. Why did you start blogging and how long have you been blogging for?  

I started blogging because I was reading blog and saw the community it created and how people actually listen to your opinions and thought it would be fun to do it myself . I have been blogging for a year and half I still love it I find it great fun .

2. Who's blog did you fall in love with first?

It was miss budget beautyy as she blogged everyday and there was always something different it also made me realise you dont just have to blog about high end products as i though this for a long time .

3. What was the first blogosphere hyped about product that you bought? Was it worth the hype? 

I think it was the revlon lip butters and at the  time I didn't think they where but with time they have grown on me funny how things do that. 

4. What are you five favourite things about blogging and being a Beauty Blogger?

1. reading other people thoughts and opinions on products that maybe you didn't like or have already reviewed .

2. the community you enter in to I know this sounds weird but if you question when you start blogging you find all these other bloggers and if a question you just ask and you get a response it amazing a especially the twitter community.

3. Watching your hard work pay off and your blog grow is amazing you start your blog and you think no will veiw then you start gaining followers and it is just and amazing feeling .

4.Writting my blog I love spending time putting the effort take nice pictures and change up my blog design to make look pretty and more attractive  

5. Comment this kinda goes with couminty but you migth realy scared to post something and then you get a really nice comment and you think I am so glad someone enjoys the effort I put in I  don't get many comments but that fine because the few I get are special.

5. What have you learnt from being a Beauty Blogger? 

 I have learnt a lot form blogging one is that I can do anything if I put my mind to even if the though scares me if I really want it I can do it .  That I have quite of commitment I blog everyday and that takes a lot of hard work. I have also had some great conversion with wonderful bloggers. 

6.Have you changed anything since becoming a Beauty Blogger? 

No not really I have gone though a few cameras because I am klutz's I will say thing have clear pictures is a must if you are blogger if people cant see what your talking about then they wont stick around.

7. What advice would you give to a beauty blogger just starting out? 

Don't do it for any other reason than you want to and you enjoy it if you do it for any other reason you will get bored . Just be yourself if your not it shows through and do it because you have passion for what you are talking about make sure your pictures are best they you can do. When I started I just used my phone and it worked for while . Until you know you want to carry then don't worry about fancy pants equipment .

8.what are your 5 top make up brands?

Maybeillne - There mascara duh amazing 

Bourjois- I love there foundations 

Benefit- for there primers and blushers

Mac- lipstick love although over priced 

sleek - I love there blusher and bronzer

FOTD Friday : nude and natural

Hey guys so I am back for another FOTD Friday I am really enjoying   doing these posts I think it is nice way round off to the week . Now let crack on with post. 

So I have gone for a very natural look this week this is some thing you could wear every day and it would look just fine. You could probably get away with it for school you have to switch out the lipstick for a balm but that is easily done . 

So have my porefessional primer as always you know I how much I love this stuff so I would go on . I then have my bourjois healthy mix serum. I am really loving this at the moment it gives such a nice coverage and glow to the skin this is definitely going  be a go to in the summer. Then I have the collection illuminating concealer this has pink tone so great for under eye circles . Then I have set it all with my Revlon nearly naked powder so finely milled just sets it beautifully with out losing glow. 

On the cheeks I have max factor cream blush in soft pink i love this as base to powder blushes it lets that shine through. On top I have squash by sleek which  is in there blush palette pumpkin a beautiful bright pink that is super pigmented. I then have my sleek bronzer on from my  face forum kit in light  I have used this to just warm up the face and do some light contouring. 

On the eye I have pink gold colour tattoo all over the lid for a wash of colour and my maybelline colossal volume mascara . I use the permanent taupe  colour tattoo to fill in the brows and shape them a bit . Then on the lips is pink truffle one of my favourite nudes . Here is today video which shows you how I did this .

Give Me Some Glow !

Hey guys so I like doing these slightly more beauty chatter post than reviews at the moment I have been in interviews all day today so couldn't  wait to get home and blog and relax so let crack on. 

So spring is here and we are all looking for that spring glow that has slight sun kissed look so this is what I have been using to get that.  Ever since I got my sleek face form kit in light  it has not left my make up bag for on reason I love the bronzer in this baby . It is perfect for giving you that slight sun kissed as well as being great to give you that contour that we all wont if you are fair skinned then you need this in your life.Its the price is good considering you are getting three products for £9.99 cant complain. 

My Revlon photo ready skin lights I have mentioned this many times but that because is so good you can mix it with your foundation or use it on top. Either way you get this beautiful lit from with in look with out looking like a glitter ball. I have the shade bare lights and it just give the most natural glow I would highly recommend this it is a bit pricey at £11.99 but worth it .  

The next thing in my glow items is the MUA undress your skin highlighter now this is pain to get hold of in stores . If you can it is well worth it and it is so cheep at only £3 for the most amazing natural champagne colour glow. The only down side to this is it is a pain to get open and for long time that stopped me using it but then  did get it open it was so worth it. 

The last thing is a oldy but a goody and that is my max factor cream blush in soft pink. I got this last summer and ever since I have been in love if I just want something so me a pink natural glow .This is what I go for the packaging it not the best but the product in side is so worth it and only 6.99 cant moan for that .

FOTD Friday : spring summer make up

Hey guys so as it is friday that means it face of day day and video day so I will leave you link here and this is the make up look I did in the video today .

So for this look I did a purple eye look glossy lips and glowy skin which is think is a really nice look for the spring summer . The purple eyes make you look a wake and glowy skin is alway winner no matter what time of year it is .

FOTD friday : Easter meal

Hey guys so today I am back with a face of day today me, my mum and sister went to frankie and bennys for tea as kind of a easter meal as me and my sister are both not home this weekend. . So I am going to show you the makeup I wore I also filmed it and that will be going up on my channel I will leave the link here when it is uploaded .

So this is pretty much become my everyday makeup routine but I have you used some different things and added stuff so I will show the eye make up them list what was used .

March favourites

Hey guys so I am going to a favourites post for you today as you will know I have brought a lot of new make up recently naughty I know but I have lots of new favourites for you.

So I am going to start with base products as I have two foundations I have been using this month they are the chanel vitalumiere aqua foundation . I never used to like this foundation because when I powdered it looked powdery. The second base is really new but I haven't stopped using since I got it that thats avon luxe silken foundation in porcelain this is my favourite foundation at the moment it gives such a nice finish to it not to dewy not too matt and not too yellow. So the product that has made my chanel vitalumiere wearable the revlon nearly naked powder. I am in love it so finely milled I can put it over anything and it just set it nicely without being chalky or cakey .
