Make Up Monday :Top Ten Under Ten

Hey guys so this was meant to be last  Mondays post if you follow me on twitter or have read this post  then you will know why . So let get on with it now 

 I thought this was going to be harder than it was but most of this stuff came out of my everyday make up bag what?  So as always we will start with base products as that is what seems most logical way to do it . So first up is the Rimmel match perfection foundation this is by one of the best foundations I have used from the drugstore and if I am going the through a wearing make up everyday patch this is what I reach for and it only £6.99 bargain review here.

Next up in the seventeen stay time concealer (£4.49) I love this its my  every day concealer so creamy and I have reviewed it so will link it here for you and I will link any other reviews for you as we go. Next up is the MUA cream blushes these are £2 what love this leave such a nice sheen to the cheek I will link review here . 

Then we have eyes now for eye base it is the Maybeline colour tattoo at £4.99 I have reviewed this  but its in a different shade the one here is creamy beige . Then to add to some depth to my eye I then go in with shadow 4 in the Avon mocha latte palette(£9) review link here  this just adds a lovely bit of dimension to the eye.Then for mascara we have the Maybelline lash sensational I have a  review here but all I can say it is does what it says on the tin.If I feel like some eye liner to give that lash line a bit volume my favourite is the collection fast stroke liner I have mentioned this before but I don't think I have review but it just stays all day and is really easy to use. 

Last but not least on to list is lips now I have two products here the Rimmel exaggerate lip liner(£3.99)  in east end snob I love this goes smoothly and is not drying on the lips. The other lip product I have here is the Maybelline elixir (£6.99) I have review I will link here but they are so moisturising and not sticky so go have look at them . Then I set all that with the MUA pro base setting spray this £5 and it is like glue for your face you make up is not going anywhere after you have set it with this .

Valentines Day Make Up Look #1 : Pink Soft and Sexy

Hey guy so I am here to day with a bonus blog post I asked on twitter the other day if you would like two valentines make up looks this week and the response was good so this is the first one.

So for my base I decided to use mac mineralize moisture foundation I  am NC 15. As I wanted a really dewy  look as always putting my porefessional primer underneath  it . I used my usual concealer the seventeen stay time under my eyes as well as using  my usual mascara the colossal volume on my lashes  . 

Now I am staying with eyes as this is how I did because the foundation takes a while to set. So I used the maybelline colour tattoo in pink gold on my eyes then blended the edges with a  soft brown shadow or you could use your bronzer . While I was there I also filled in my brows with the  make up revolution ultra brow arch and shape pencil.

After this I went back to the face and powdered with my revlon naked powder and then set it all with my MUA setting spray . I wanted this look to last as there is nothing worse than having make up you feel the need to babysit all the time . For blush I used my sleek pumpkin blush palette and middle blush called squash with a duo fibre face brush. As it is super pigmented and swept that across the checks for a pink glow.  

For lips I used the revlon matt balm in elusive as it is very long lasting and an Avon lip gloss in pink provocateur . As I wanted go for quite a juicy kissable lip I suppose I also used individual lashes to give me be a bit of extra flutter but cant really see in the photo so it up to you . Autumn Make Up Bag Edit

Hey guys here is another make up Monday post sorry I was gone last week will explain on Wednesday but today I thought we dive in to my make up bag  .

ASI don't really have anything  want to review for you guys so I have a autumn make up bag edit all the things I have added to my make up bag for the autumn season. The first I want talk is new discovery and is not particularly for the autumn time that is beauty blender .I got this  in beauty box and just love it the finish is great and I find for it is quicker that a brush it may get a hole post of it own .

My second new discovery is the rimmel match perfection foundation love the finish of it but it just a tad yellow any I probably will review it soon the finish is prefect for this time of year. Then  to keep my oliy forehead at bay I have finialy gave in to the hype and I have used the stay matt powder all I am going to say it that it is worth it . Cream blush has been back on the agenda for me I have been using this brown pinky nude shade by mua in yummy love it it prefect neutral blush for this time of year.

Then black eyeliner as I have been in to tight lining and also think winged liner is so fall so I have my super shock liner and my collection liquid liner . I haven't talked about this on here before but I have been having an obsession with lip liner and I have purple on one in here form Barry M along with my revlon matt balm in sultry love this combo for fall .That is all from me today and will be back on Wednesday with chatty post I think and blogging will resume as normal from now on.

Weekend FOTD: sick day

Hey guys so I have been ill for the past few days and today I am gong back to work and although I still sound ill I want to look healthy so this is the look I have gone for.

So I have gone for glow and awakeness in this look I used my normal primer benefit porefessional  then I used the doir skin star foundation review coming soon  and blended that in with the beauty blend review coming soon. I used my seventeen stay time concealer under my eyes and any where else I need coverage. My next step was powder and for this a used the sleek luminous powder in translucent as I didn't want to loose the finish of the foundation. 

Then I curled my lashes applied the colossal volume mascara then used my super shock black liner to line my upper water line and used a nude liner to line my bottom water line . Then I used the maybelline colour tattoo in pink gold to add some more light to the eyes . I filed my eye brows in the mua power brow pencil . 

Now to finish my face I bronzed and lightly contoured with benefit hoola bronzer then add squash blush from sleek to my checks to give me a bit of health pink glow . Then finished the look off with mac please me lipstick gently patted in to my lips with a little bit of carmex lip balm over the top to give  little bit of shine.

Give Me Some Glow !

Hey guys so I like doing these slightly more beauty chatter post than reviews at the moment I have been in interviews all day today so couldn't  wait to get home and blog and relax so let crack on. 

So spring is here and we are all looking for that spring glow that has slight sun kissed look so this is what I have been using to get that.  Ever since I got my sleek face form kit in light  it has not left my make up bag for on reason I love the bronzer in this baby . It is perfect for giving you that slight sun kissed as well as being great to give you that contour that we all wont if you are fair skinned then you need this in your life.Its the price is good considering you are getting three products for £9.99 cant complain. 

My Revlon photo ready skin lights I have mentioned this many times but that because is so good you can mix it with your foundation or use it on top. Either way you get this beautiful lit from with in look with out looking like a glitter ball. I have the shade bare lights and it just give the most natural glow I would highly recommend this it is a bit pricey at £11.99 but worth it .  

The next thing in my glow items is the MUA undress your skin highlighter now this is pain to get hold of in stores . If you can it is well worth it and it is so cheep at only £3 for the most amazing natural champagne colour glow. The only down side to this is it is a pain to get open and for long time that stopped me using it but then  did get it open it was so worth it. 

The last thing is a oldy but a goody and that is my max factor cream blush in soft pink. I got this last summer and ever since I have been in love if I just want something so me a pink natural glow .This is what I go for the packaging it not the best but the product in side is so worth it and only 6.99 cant moan for that .

power brow mua luxe brow pencil

Hey guys so I hope you enjoyed a week in the world of lips trust  me I still have more lips products to review but I can do it again at some point . Today I am going to talk to you about brows and brow pencils. 

A week in the world of lips -mua luxe lip lacquer in criminal

Hey guys so I am going to continue today with are lip theme for the week and today are the lip lacquers from the mua luxe range and this is in the shade criminal and the colour is just that .  

In the tube it just look like a hot pink which would be perfectly wearable until you put it on your lips and it is literally neon pink guys not what I was expecting. I would normally put my swatches in now but i can't get a true representation of the colour in current lighting so will add one in tomorrow. It is a matt finish it is a little bit drying on the lip but I would expect nothing less from a matt lip product.

Mua Undress Your Skin Foundation

Hey guys it been a while I am sorry I have just had the busiest week I was going so well with my schedule so let see if we can get back on track this week. So today is the my reveiw on my new obsession the mua undress your skin foundation. 

So this has been my go to foundation recently it has I nice amount of coverage a really nice finish to it and the colour match is great on me. So this is a light to medium coverage but I would say it is quite buildable so you if you have redness you could build it to the coverage required.

MUA pro-base fixing mist

Hey guys today I am here with a beauty review I know it been a while  but I am going to talk about one of only  drug store fixing sprays by MUA. 

I have been using this for a few weeks and have used it both as a fixing spray and  a primer before make up. I have to say it works well as both. I wouldn't say it comes out as mist it Sqwerts more than mists which can be bit of problem unless  am  being a bit heavy handed.

top 5 under £5

Hey guys this post was meant to go up yesterday but I went on a tangent and ended up being a chit chatty post instead .  

So before I lose track of what I am talking about let get on with the post. Yesterday I put a video top five under £5 this is fairly popular on you tube  and it just your top 5 products under £5. So mine are the following the first you can probably guess is the maybeline colour tattoo I love all three of the ones I have but the one I mention in the video is permanent taupe . This is a really love neutral colour great for pairing with other shadows I wouldn't wear this on its own.

The second in my top five is the collection concealer but I think actually if  where doing the in order of best to worsted then this would lower in the list. The third product is the MUA undress me too palette but this really just represents any MUA shadow as they are all just have such good pigmentation and colour pay off the individual ones more than the palettes. 

The next one is carmex you guys if you watch my videos will know I love this stuff .It has saved my lip more times than I care to mention and if doing this in order it would probably be top of the list . The finial thing is the MUA cream blushes such good pigmentation so easy blend suitable for every one I have a review on these will link it here.

MUA lipsticks

Hey guys so we all know about mua and the rave that people give there product and I am sorry to say that I am joining in.

I have two MUA lipstick now these have no lasting power at all I am going to tell that right from the start but  I do like them . Which is unusual because normally if they don't last I am not interested but these are different. they are so moisturising and there a pound and they have a great shade range how can I not love them . 

 

The shades I have are number 14 bare and number 13 which is ment to be a great dupe for MAC Russian red. I have to admit that don't really wear theses lip stick they sit in my collection mainly because the nude doesn't really suit me and the red well  who red every of the life ?  if you do then go you but for me I stick to my pinks and purples . MUA is available at superdrug and online link So go grab there great especially if your just starting out and there a pound did I mention that.

MUA lash boom mascara

Hey guys as weekend post for today as didn't post on Friday as was in work so a few days I was in superdrug and noticed this. I have never had much luck with MUA mascara but it was the wand on this that intrigued me. 

So this product is £3 from superdrug or online I like this product overall and it dose give you volume and it does give you length. It gives a natural look to the lashes it would be good if you wanted use it for a no make make look or you just want wear mascara. It not something that if you wear it on you own it going to look too much like it can be some mascaras. 

The wand on this is very similar to the elf 3 in1 volumising mascara so if you are not in the UK then this would most like be a good alternative . It like a normal mascara wand but has this bobberly bit on the end so you get every single lash even the very inner one or the ones right on the outer corner. 

The bobley bit on the end of the wand really is good for doing your bottom lashes. I Had no other make up on but you can see how it coats and separates you lashes in such a natural way . So for £3 I would say go try it the only problem I have with this product is that they don't do it in a waterproof version. I really love the packaging of this product is colourful it stands out it reminds of the Maybeline packaging. Go grab this product because if you dont like it its £3 not £8 . it available at some  superdrug stores or online link .

MUA cream blush

Hey guys today I am going to do a review of some cream blush by MUA I have been using them for a while and as with most MUA products the pigment is amazing for the price of just £2 I got them in to colours yummy and dolly.

Dolly  is coral colour and yummy is more the colour of you average blush . They are very creamy and super pigmented. However if you have a tenancy to be heavy handy with blush then this might not be for as you could end you looking like a clown.

You definitely need a light hand and i think these are best applied with you finger for the most natural look and also so you a bit more control on how much product you actually pick up.  I personally think that really good cream blushes and for two pound what do you have to loose .
