Whats in my shower bag ?

Hey guys so this is a little bonus post for you as I wouldn't fit it in other wise . I got a lot coming up for you in the next few months so keep your eyes  peeled any enough rambling let crack on. 

so the bag its self  is from quality save and was would 2.99  I  have a pink one as well but for the life of me i cant find it . so let dig in and see what inside this bad boy.

So we have diprobase because I have very dry skin and the eczema on my back is really bad at the minute is driving me mad . So I use this when I come out the shower and on my forehead as I have really bad eczema there too and its really helping. Then we have  the lee stafford hair growth shampoo I love this line as you can see I have treatment as well they just leave your in the nicest condition so soft . Then we have my original source shower gel which I did a post on so I will link here this is the lemon and tea tree the one I reviewed was lemon lime both are good . 

I have my hemp hand cream in here because my hand are so dry I have two of these one in bag this one I keep in this bag and put on at night. I have my current cleanser which is  the body shop vitamin E cream cleaner I love it . It does not sting or irritate my skin which everything else seems to do at the moment .  I also have a razor in there  because you know  its summer need to keep those legs smooth.

Original Source Lemon and Lime Shower Gel

Hey guys I don't normaly post on a Sunday but today I had the urge so bath and body products get some what forgotten on this blog but I want to share with you my current favourite shower gel. 

You may be thinking I have gone crackers  right now but I  assure you I have not  the natural source  shower gels get some what over looked in this day an age of fancy foams and creams . But I fallen back in love with them especially the lemon and lime one. They do a mint one that reminds of my childhood when I was really young and still had baths with my sister . 

The reason I like this particular sent is because I like to have showers in the morning and this smell just revives me . So if I have done a double shift at work I get in the shower on my break and I am like a new women . I come out feeling refreshed like I could conquer the world . Big claims for shower gel but as you can see by photo I am nearly out :( I am going to have to get more . 

The original source shower gels come in loads of different scents and are a bargain as they range from a pound to 3 pound in price .So just for once when you need a new shower gel forget that fancy foam and try one of these. It will change your shower experience lol .  I forgot say although I have just rambled on for ten minutes about the smell it  suds up nicely and you know actually washes you as well  .

Forever Natural Health and Well being

Hey guys so  a work friends sister asked me if I would blog about some products she was selling from Forever Living Products  so this is what I am going to talk you about today so lets crack on .

So she gave me 6 products to try now as you may have gathered from the name which is forever living products the  company focus on natural ingredients there man focus being on the aloe Vera content of the products which target lots of different thing from skincare, hair care ,body care, things to do with weight loss and skin conditions all natural remedies that are made to help you feel better healthier and have more energy and have skin and hair that is soft and soothed  .

The first product I tried was the aloe lotion this is a really nice light moisturiser that sinks in quickly and really leaves you skin feeling moisturised and soft definitely thumbs up plus is suitable for sensitive skin. The second product was scrub now I wouldn't recommend this only because I found every harsh I only used this on my body because of this but I  found it left my skin feel a bit raw and tender it weird because it comes out as a lotion and you rub it in it goes bitty and scrub but this one I think only for hardy skins however once I applied the aloe lotion my skin was soothed just left bit tingly as I said one for hardier skins .Then the third product was the whitening gel if you can stand the smell and taste then this is good product as it does what it says on tin and AFTER toothpaste leaves you teeth feeling clean and look whiter. 

The products that intrigued my most was the shampoo and condition as I have a very sensitive scalp and I can only shampoos and conditioners for a certain amount of time before they make my scalp itchy and irritated. The shampoo is great it lather well it soothed my scalp love it would purchase it again definitely if you a irritated scalp or suffer with eczema in you scalp like try this . The conditioner however didn't do what I want a conditioner to do. I have very thick curly hair and I want my conditioner to smooth and de tangle my hair this did not do this in fact I didn't really feel like it did much at all not for me .I think it maybe a good option if you have oily hair as a light option as I very dry hair so need thicker conditioners  . 

Then finialy we come to the face and hand soap as hand soap nice less drying than others which is good and still does the job it needs to do . As face soap no I didn't like it it left skin look very red after use and it didn't remove any of my make up either . If you have sensitive hands then this would be good as it is less drying and would help if you have any dry patches or eczema on that area on face no not good. 

Overall when I was first approached about this I  was sceptical but now I have tied the products I think there are some here definitely worth your time like the aloe lotion  shampoo and the whiting gel  and some that I think its a case of know your skin do your research and think before you buy. Sunday night treats : Avon foot works healthy rough skin remover

Hey guys sticking with the foot care theme from last week I have another foot product for you this one from avon .

I have the most awful rough hard skin on my feet because I walk funny I roll in on my feet so I use this foot scrub to help . I use this before I get in the shower as you are meant to leave it for thirty seconds before washing it off . I really like I do think it helps along with a good foot cream and foot file .

sunday night treats : intensive rescue heel blam

Hey guys long time no see but with Christmas upon us and working very hour god sends I think for now I will be posting on my blog once a week . I know I said I was trying to get back on track but work is crazy so for now it will be once a week unless I can post more then I will .There will definitely be post up every Sunday . so lets get cracking .

Today post is another sanctuary product I got in a gift set last Christmas and it has taken me a long time to get round to using the stuff . This heel balm is great I have really bad rough skin on my feet main because  I walk funny . So all on the inside of my heel is rough dry hard skin so I use a foot scrub in the shower then use my ped egg when I get out then this it amazing it leaves my feet feeling so nice. Its not  greasy like would expect it is thick but it a balm but some times when you think balm you think thick and oily . This isn't oily is really nice leave your feet feeling amazing . I am not sure if I would repurchase it as would like to try the heel genius by soap and glory but think it is some think I would go back as I know it  works .Sanctuary is available at boots and it is  

£7.50 so not too bad .  So that it for today I have primark and superdrug  haul that I have filmed that I need put up on my youtube channel so look out for that . I thought about doing vlogmas but I am not sure what do you guys think .

sunday night treats : sanctuary body scrub

hey guys so this is going to be about the body scrub I have been using for the past few months yes months I don't exfoliate my body as much as probably should. 

The thing I love about this scrub is that it is not really grainy and bitty and chunky but you can still feel it doing its job . I use this across my shoulders and chest and on my legs maybe once a fortnight. However if I have sunburn I use this because I find it help the skin to recover better especially when I use body butter after or after sun really helps.
